Private One-to-one Sessions
This is the optimal way to learn Pilates. It will allow me to develop a program specific to your body and your goals, selecting exercises to best suit you.
One-to-one is especially recommended if you are seeking to do Pilates for remedial or rehabilitation work, after an injury, or if you are suffering from acute back pain.
Sessions can be held in your own home at a time best suitable for you. These can also be booked as semi-private to a maximum of 3 people.
